I was told this by a very reliable source my spiritual teacher Peter. He said that Father God has created two hundred worlds in all and each has its own spirit realms to pass on to. So we are not alone in the universe and all life is spiritual and there is no life without spirit, so those Children of Father God on other worlds that I assume are also humanoid are our brothers and sisters. It will be hard to find other life in the universe because there might not be any other living worlds in our Galaxy and even if there were there are more stars in the universe than grains of sand on every beach on earth, so finding one living world would be very hard. However SETI has been sending out radio signals for a long time, so you never know and there are those who seem to have seen aliens and spacecraft, its best to keep an open mind.
We may or may not have been visited by aliens or extraterrestrials, because of the vast distance they would have to travel and they are of a similar age to us in their evolution and mostly most of them don't yet have the means to travel so far through space, but some I have no doubt are technologically more advance than us. However I do believe that in the very distant future we might meet others from other worlds in the spirit realms. I was told the earthly plane our world was the first world that Father God created upon and we are in no way disadvantaged against other worlds, but Peter told me some sad news and that is this world of ours is by far the most violent and destructive of all Father Gods creations and Peter came to the earth to begin Father God's spiritual awakening of the earth to help us to realise we should be peaceful and loving to each other.
