This is pretty much the truth about the afterlife and my insight into the after life and crossing over. Many ask how long does it take for a spirit to pass or cross over into spirit or how long does it take a spirit to leave the body, the answer is no time at all. Those who are in spirit who return to speak through clairvoyant mediums to tell of how all those who pass into spirit are immediately free to make the transition into the spirit
realms at mortal demise, and of how we are greeted and met by our own spirit guides and loved ones who come to welcome us into the continuation of our spiritual life. It is often stated that
they come to us at the time of passing within the most brilliant light that illuminates before us and acts as a portal through which we can pass freely from the earthly plane into the spirit
realms and later we can use the light to return to the earth at will from spirit and those who pass make the transition or crossing over beyond the vail to the passing or crossing over plane
within the spirit realms, where they will be well looked after and where more of their family and friends will be waiting to greet them. None have to wait before they can make the transition
into the spirit realms, although some may choose to remain upon the earthly plane for a time if they wish to stay and try to comfort their loved ones here. Some here feel they might be crossing or passing over while still alive here, this is actually astral projection/travel or a near death or out of body experience. Some ask how long does it take for a spirit to pass over, well it depends on the person and sometimes what they believe in and believe will happen at their passing or crossing over. Some can be in the spirit realms within 15 minutes after they die the physical death or mortal demise, as there is not death of the spirit, others wish to stray here with loved ones for a time before passing over and others believe they are meant to say here for a time, before passing and again others due to their religions beliefs or reasons also remain here for a time and also often pass over in the ways they think they might be doing. So if you think you might be met by a religious figure or an angle that comes to greet you then you might and then there are those who do not believe in the spirit realms or after life such as or atheists, they often find it harder to cross pr pass over due to disbelief in the after life, There are those who know they are going to die and often they come to expectance of this before death and pass over quite freely. Then there are those who die a sudden death and although after death they find themselves clam, they still can take a time to except they have died and some call these spirits lost souls and they are sometimes attacked to those who are spiritually aware for help to pass over or find the light through which all pass into the spirit realms, as it is our light and a portal between this world and the next and subsequent planes of evolution. On occasion a traumatised spirit may find it harder to pass over and become earth bound or a child sometimes does not realise that they have died and remain here, although spirit angel guides and loved ones come to help the transition from this world to the spiritual dimensions.
Spirit often return to tell us and talk about the after life and spirit realms and how well and happy they are and that they are healthy again and made whole by God! As well as rejuvenating or growing up if children to their prime of life about 20 to 24 on average although some ask to remain old and some children ask not to grow up for a time. The spirit realms themselves are very much like the earth, there is etheric spirit substance that to all intents and purpose is just like the material matter we have here on the earth, they have everything we have here in the spirit realms but their technology as far more advanced than our own, their all also have an etheric body again to all intents and purposes it is just like the body they had here but more healthy and ageless, they do all the same things, spirit do not have to eat of drink but most of them still do and they have a 24 hour day like us and get tired just like we do so they sleep at night as the have the four season and day and night although there is not sun but Father God provided light during the daytime, so the spirit realm is very much a plane of familiarity that we will be accustom to and it is not some alien experience or existence that we are not used to, it is just one step out of the physical body as a spiritual double and then into the continuation of all life as spirit. Some worry and know there are 10 plane of evolution mankind has evolved to in the spirit ream and worry their loved ones might of moved on before they get there, in 99% of cause this does not happen it take a long time to evolve unless you are a reincarnated being re awoken in the spirit realms to you past lives and ever if a spirit did evolved to a higher plane they can return through their portal of light to any lower pane at any time and remain there as long as they wish that includes returning to this plane and spirit that have recently passed over can return here with hours of passing over.
All no matter are free to pass on into the spirit realms, there is no judgement as to who is or is not befitting to live within the spirit realms, all are welcomed with open arms and there is no hell or devil, it is but a myth started by those who have been ignorant and had fearful minds, or by those who have stood to gain by putting such fears within the minds and hearts of others, there is no judgement day where we shall be called from the grave on the day of reckoning as all are free to pass on immediately into spirit. Within the spirit realms there are many planes and levels of evolution and we will each go to an appropriate plane and level that is to our own level of spiritual evolution, where we can live happily and continue to learn the lessons that are befitting for our level of understanding. Mostly we will go to the next plane, which is a plane of familiarity. That is to say it is similar to the earth plane, we still have a etherical spirit body and we can still live a material life that has been created by countless generations that have crossed or passed over before us.
There is no punishment for the wicked or wrong doer's in spirit, those who have done wrong or committed crimes or taken their own lives are not punished by Father God in anyway or form, as Father God is an all loving Father to us all, rather they are cared for and helped as much as is possible to help them rebuild their lives and be constructive rather than destructive, for those who may have been the dark sheep of the flock are welcomed to rejoin and come back within the flock, this takes time for some to cast off the darkness they may have taken onto themselves, but none are cast out or unwelcome within the spirit realms and none are abandoned within spirit as it is wished that all be able to live a constructive life and live in peace.
Father God is all loving and only has mercy for those who suffer and compassion to help those who do wrong, Father God is of love and light and is the gracious spirit and it is only an unenlightened human concept that would make us believe that Father God would ever punish or pass judgement and retribution upon his own beloved children. And these words were echoed by Christ when he said, that he came to heal the sick and call the sinners or wrongdoers to repentance or to help them to realise their wrongdoings and see the benefit to their own selves in doing right and becoming a better person, as the true rewards in the spirit realms are found through seeking personal progression and evolution of ones own self and soul, thereby evolving to higher planes of evolution and we can remain on planes of familiarity until such a time as we come to self realisation that we are spirit first and foremost and therefore we should be seeking to develop the inner spiritual self so as to evolve and find higher planes of spiritual evolution. We sometimes call the spirit the etheric counterpart, but spirit call the physical body the physical counterpart which is more accurate as there is no life without spirit.
At some point we must all depart this mortal coil and this material plane of existence and return back to our true and eternal homes within the spiritual realms. When this time comes the spirit lives on and is released from the mortal and physical body and host so that as individuals we live on and move on to higher planes of spiritual existence and the continuation of all life within the spirit realms. So the truth is, that there is no death, all survive physical demise in spirit to make the transition onward into spirit. When this time comes the spirit sheds and leaves behind the physical body or the mortal host and what is left behind is nothing more than an empty shell, somewhat like a snake sheds it skin or the hermit crab finds a new shell to live in a better one at that and the life and spirit that once occupied our physical body has moved on and all things we are and have become in this lifetime will be taken on with us by our spirit that is an identical double of our physical brain and body with the same mind.
What actually happens at the point of physical demise does tend to vary a little. Those where their demise is sudden or instantaneous, do often instantly find themselves either standing in close proximity to their physical body or are drawn into a tunnel of light. As for those that have a normal demise where the body shuts down at a slower rate, there is no death of the spirit incurred, as the spirit is released at the point the materiel body cannot support life, as in N.D.E's (Near Death Experiences) the individual may find themselves fairly formless and moving out of the body often floating or hovering nearby looking down at what is happening. Usually there is no distress incurred by the individual and there is often a sense of peace while they sometimes watch what is happening and they may also be met by another spirit, who is often someone they know, who has come to greet and help look after them during this time, often a being of light.
If there is no chance of recovery they will be asked if they wish to go on into the light and spiritual realms. However if there is a chance of resuscitation, we each have an invisible spiritual cord called the silver thread or cord that connects us and our spirit to the physical host or body, this cord remains un-severed all the time there is still a chance of resuscitation. This is to allow the spirit to return if life is restored and the spirit will return within the host body if resuscitated. Those here that experience out of body experiences or near death experiences are all connected to their mortal bodies by the silver cord or thread while they are having an OBE or NDE. The silver cord only severs when there is no chance of any resuscitation taking place, at which time the spirit is free to move onward into the spirit realms. The reason why this happens is that the spirit is an etheric double of ourselves and as there is no spiritual death ever, so the spirit must leave the physical body at demise to ensure survival at death, as spirit itself also has to have normal life functions such as respiratory and circulatory functions as it is an exact double of our physical life only in spirit it is etheric our spirit body looks and feels exactly the same as here only that it is not made of matter. As mention this is not a distressful time for spirit they are helped to remain in a relaxed and peaceful state and are often interested in what is happening without being worried and passing or crossing over is made to be a very easy process.
Firstly we all have spirit residing within us and our material bodies act as a host to our spirit and later when we leave the physical body behind the spirit which is an identical double to our physical body and mind takes on all that we have become and lived. All life here receives the spark of spiritual life at the point of physical fertilisation and then grows identically to the material host or body and mind as a spiritual double or etheric counterpart, so the spirit within is the same in every detail as our own body and mind and the two remain fairly inseparable (saving OBE & NDE experiences) until the physical body is shed by the spirit. In spirit we remain exactly the same as we have been here in both body and mind and we take all our good and bad points with us. As spiritual beings we are beings of light and energy, never the less we do keep the structure of our bodies and brains as a housing for the spiritual soul and mind. So to all intents and purposes we are almost exactly the same when we first pass into spirit.
There are however significant differences in spiritual life. To begin with spirits do not age and therefore the spirit remains forever young. Those who pass on begin to return to their prime quite quickly in both their physical and mental states of being, although this process can take a little time, as disharmonies taken on by the physical body prior to passing have to heal and rejuvenate. On occasion there is help given to some by the Gracious Spirit Father God, who helps those who have severe disharmonies, so that they may have a pain free passing. Relatively speaking all in spirit end up rejuvenating both physically and mentally to a similar age of their prime, this would be around their early twenties. As for children who pass or are miscarried, they are all given the opportunity to grow up into adulthood within the spirit realms, although it is believed not all choose to age and can remain as children for as long as they wish, but they all have a normal childhood. Once the spiritual spark of life is given all life will continue onward into spirit, even if it never has the opportunity to set foot onto the earthly plane.
Conditions that are taken on in our lives here such as natural decline, loss of memory or conditions and diseases all recover in spirit. Spirit in itself is immune to these conditions, although while we are within the physical body the spirit does reflect these disharmonies as the spirit and physical being are as one while here. However these disharmonies rejuvenate fully in spirit until full health or memory is restored. As mentioned the spirit is an exact double of the mortal life in spiritual form, therefore this does mean that if we are born with an impediment, then our spirit should also have this exact same impediment in spirit or if in this life we were to loose a tooth or a limb etc, then the spirit should loose the equivalent. This in effect means we should have all these same impediments when passing into spirit, however this is not the case and we do not have these conditions or impediments in spirit. So it seems that all in spirit are free from disabilities and are made whole by Father God. That is not to say people change within spirit to be good but they are free of impediments, their personality will remain as they are until they change by their own freewill.
There are several schools of thought as to where the spirit realms are situated and where spirit exist or go to continue their lives. Some feel that spirit enter another dimension, one that is on a parallel to this world and that they don't actually go anywhere and that in fact they are living in the same space as ourselves just in a higher vibration. Some mediums understandably believe this to be true, as so often when they send out a thought to communicate with spirit, they always seem to be close at hand and so often spirit give evidence that points toward their being present and around us here much of the time. The truth is that spirit are able to remain upon the earth and be here all the time as well as being able to be within the spirit realms at the same time as they are here as spirit orbs. However the spirit realms are in another dimension and vibration, that is elsewhere and not in the earth's vicinity.
The reason spirit can both be here and in the spirit realms at the same time, is that spirit are given the opportunity by the Gracious Spirit to live within the spirit realms, while leaving a tiny fragment and spark of their spirit behind on the earth, these sparks of light are often seen by mediums and referred to as being and looking like spiritual orbs or pearls approximately the size of a marble. Spirit are thought to be able to see and hear as well as perceive this world through this form and are able to communicate with each other on psychic and clairvoyant levels, as well as with those of us who are aware of spirit here on the earth. So all spirit are able to perceive this world from here in this form and within the spirit realms and they can be with their loved ones here most of the time through this spark of the soul, while also being within the spirit realms getting on with their daily lives. Also spirits are free to visit the earth at any time they wish to come back and they often do visit to be close to loved ones and friends.
As for the transition from the earth into the spirit realms and returning to visit the earth, at passing a light brightens before us that acts as a portal through which we can pass on into the spirit realms and later return through to the earth. Also there are higher planes within spirit and spirits use their light and portal to travel within the spirit realms from one plane to another. Most at mortal demise are met by loved ones and guides who are allowed to come through our light to greet us and help us to make the transition and crossing over, but if an individual wishes to remain upon the earth for a while before passing over, there is no pressure for them to leave. There are a few reasons why passing or crossing over may happen in a different way to this, for instance there are certain circumstances where spirit are taken directly into their light rather than being left in the circumstances that may have caused their departing this life. I.e. if a spirit is seen to be in a hazardous situation it often merits, that they are taken directly into the light. Such situations might be the circumstances of their demise such as a fire or drowning etc; those that are helped in this way to pass are given peace of mind and reassurance to help them in their passing.
The answer as to whether all can pass freely in to the spirit realms is, yes they can! The spirit realms are created by the Gracious Spirit for all here upon the earth plane to pass on to and live within and most move and pass on happily, however there are some that do have some difficulties in doing so. Understandably some wish to remain here for a time with their loved ones and do at times find it difficult to move on and to leave those that they love here upon the earthly plane, understandably some need time to make the adjustment and to come to terms with their new situation. Often they wished to remain here for a while, so that in someway they may comfort their bereaved loved ones here and very often they try to make their presence felt in the hope that their love ones will realise that they are still alive and well, as well as still being able to be close by their sides. Those spirit who come to help the passing over and transition do explain, how it is possible for spirit to move on into the spirit realms and then return back to the earth within hours of passing, but a small number do decide to remain here for at least a few days before passing over.
However there are a number of reasons why certain individuals do find making the transition more difficult than others. Those here that are expecting their own demise, have often come to terms and acceptance of this fact and if they have some belief that there may be and afterlife, they generally are more able to make the transition. Whereas those who have an unexpected demise are of course not prepared for such an event, therefore they are often taken aback and quite shocked by what has transpired, this intern often makes it a little harder for them to except and the odd individual finds it quite difficult to let go of their mortal ties. Again these individuals are helped greatly by those that come to aid and comfort them from the spirit realms. There are of course other individuals that have no belief in the afterlife and this can make it quite difficult for them to except that their is a afterlife and spiritual realm, however most are soon helped, convinced by their spirit guides and helpers and loved ones. There are at times a number of reasons why odd individuals might find the transition a little harder due to their own beliefs of what is meant to take place after death.
There is one group that sometimes finds it very difficult to make the transition and go through into the spirit realms, this is sometimes because of their fear that they might be judged for their crimes or past misdeeds and wrong doings that they may have committed upon the earth. The truth is there is no judgement or retribution dealt out to any for pass misdeeds by the all loving and Gracious Spirit and he treats all his children with loving kindness and respect and no matter their misdeeds, they are all welcome within the spirit realms as are any others. The truth is that within the spirit realms we become our own judges by our own actions and level of spiritual evolution, as those whom do wrong while here or in spirit do bring debt onto their own spirits and a cloak of darkness on to themselves and in spirit we shall be with those spirit of an alikened kind and nature, until such a time as we evolve onward.
However we should realise that if a mortal has committed a serious crime against humanity, both they and their victims will be within the spirit realms at some point and if the victim has never received justice or compensation and the criminal has never received punishment for their crimes, then it is possible that spirit may have a recourse of action that can be taken against those who have committed very serious crimes and we should remember that there is no serious crime here that ever goes unnoticed by spirit. So I would think that those who murder or commit serious crimes against humanity who have never been brought to justice here, may well one day find themselves being brought to justice within the spirit realms, however I doubt this applies to lesser or petty crimes. It is maybe something we should all realise that no matter weather we are here or in spirit we all have personal responsibilities for our own actions and may one day inescapably be brought to accountability for our own actions and if they are seen to have violated another in a serious manner, there is also law and justice in the spirit realms to hold those accountable for past crimes they have committed upon the earth.
We need not fear death or what will happen to us after physical demise, there is no death and all can make the transition freely and are welcomed with love and light into the spirit realms. What awaits us on the other side is a realm of love and light and it is not alien to how we have lived and perceived life in fact it is quite familiar to us as the next plane is very like the earth in many ways. The environment that we enter into in spirit is one that we will feel at ease within. When we pass we are taking one small step on to the next plane of our evolution, there are changes, but they are not traumatic ones, but they are ones that we can enjoy, so by no means is the next plane inconceivable to our present life and the ways we are used to living within the body and within the etheric counterpart of this world within the spirit realm, a plane that is not to dissimilar to where we live today. There are many new and wonderful discoveries to be made within the spiritual realms. Physical demise takes us one step further along life's pathway, in our natural evolution. We do not become formless beings of light and energy, even if as spirit we are beings of light and energy; we still keep the form we have had here and there is no astronomical leap into a different and alien reality. We move on to a spiritual plane of existence that we will be happy to find and can relate to as we do the earth.
When we first arrive in the spirit realms we will be met and greeted by more of those who love and care for us who have moved on into spirit before us, this is often a happy reunion. When spirit take those who pass through into the realms of light, they are taken to the passing over plane, which has been created especially for those who are passing and is dedicated to helping and healing those who are making the transition onward from the earth. On this plane all are looked after and tended too by spirit helpers and loved ones. There are halls of rest for those who have not fully recovered and all with a need are looked after until such a time as they wish to move on to the next plane, the second plane of evolution, the earth being the first plane of our evolution. Those who pass often have loved ones that welcomed them and often they do not remain upon the passing over plane for very long and are taken and stay with their loved ones until such a time as they wish to go their own way. There is no need for any to fear we all have bright homes above.
We often fear the unknown and worry what might have happened to our loved ones in spirit. There is absolutely no need for us to fear for the safety and well being of those who pass they are all very well cared for. The spirit realms are full of love and light and all that pass are helped to make the adjustment into spirit by loved ones and helpers. Spirit are soon able to return back to the earth and visit those still upon the earth, to be close to their loved ones and friends, but they are always able to be close to us through the spark of their own life which is left behind the spiritual orbs that many psychics can see. So in this form they can constantly remain on the earth, through which they can see and hear us, as well as be able to remain close to us. We may often miss them and they too miss being able to speak with us, if we could hear them they would be assuring us that they are still alive and well and telling us of how wonderful the spirit realm is. They are able to be with us and we each have spirit that come to see most of us each day, as we each have spirit guides and helpers that watch over us, so we never need fear being alone or forgotten or left behind.
Some here do fear that they may never see their loved ones again or that their loved ones may have moved on to a higher plane by the time they come to pass on themselves. This is mostly not true and spirit see things a little differently to ourselves, but they are as they have been here and it takes a long time for spirit to change and evolve onto higher planes within the realms of spirit and even if that were achieved spirit can still visit any lower plane and if they choose remain upon as long as they wish and at will.
There are many who come back to the earth from the spirit realms to tell of how they are so happy within spirit and how wonderful a place it is, saying that when we move into the realms of spirit ourselves they will be there waiting to greet us. Among those that return to bring messages to the earth, are many that have been married coming back to tell how they are once again reunited with their partners and family within the spirit realms. Many do wait patiently for their partners to make the transition onward into spirit, it is true that some here find new partners and that some in spirit likewise. But for spirit to wait is not so hard as it is for us, they understand that the time of a mortal life is but a mere fraction of time within spirit and eternal existence.
As for those that have unfortunately taken or been driven by their problems of life here to take their own lives, these people are given so much love care and assistance by the spirit realms and their spiritual helpers and carers are very often here to help them at passing. This is a very tragic circumstance when someone has felt so unable to continue life and spirit have only the greatest of sympathies for those whom have committed suicide. Those here sometimes fear what might have happened to those who have taken their own lives and it is sometimes feared that they may have been judge to of been bad or that they have by their own actions have ended up on a spiritual plane of their own creation, that is some kind of constant nightmare for them to live within not here or fully in spirit and that this is maybe their own punishment for taking their own life, until such a time as they see the light. You can be certain and rest assured that this is not the case.
To begin with The Gracious Spirit Father God is an loving Father to all his children and he has the same unconditional love for each of them, whether they do right or wrong and Father God does not ever punish any of his children, and the spirit realms are the same for each and every one of us whether we are normal or a victim or even someone who has been evil or murdered another. There are no darker realms, where the good go one way and those that do wrong go another, we all go to the next plane and levels, whether we are good or bad and we shall be with those of a likened kind and nature. As mentioned as we become more spiritually evolved, we can then evolve spiritually on to higher planes and those who may still feel or continue to be negative, end up preventing themselves from progressing onward, until such a time as they choose to change and to overcome their own negativity's and are then able to move on beyond their difficulties and onto higher planes of evolution, so we each become our own judges in spirit as to what level we will be on by the light our own spirit shines.
Those that have taken their own lives are helped to put the pieces of their lives back together again and most are able to overcome and then live a happy life within spirit, a number do come back to speak of how they have done these things and how they realise their mistakes and the distress they have caused to those they loved and often they just wish to say sorry and that they are now well and still love very much those who are left behind, some ask forgiveness of those left behind. Nothing but sympathy should be given and that is all that is given to them by spirit, if we only new how truly enlightened the spirit realms are, we would know how much empathy spirit have for the suffering that takes place here upon this physical realm and we should know that none in spirit sufferer from disabilities as all spirit are made to be whole by Father God and are free of any disabilities other than those we might choose not to leave behind, and by this I mean more the way we choose to think and lead our lives rather than any true physical or mental disability, as all are whole and healthy in spirit, but some may take time to leave darkness behind before moving into the light of spirit and we must remember all are equal in Father Gods eyes and all have equal opportunities in spirit no matter where you come from or what you believe, we can all to develop and move on to higher planes of which there are ten including this one we live on that spirit have achieved and evolved too.
We should always remember that we are spirit first and foremost even here on the earth plane this is the truth to be found by our own seeking and understanding.
