I may allow this in some cases only with permission for non profit or gain use only, that certain individuals may be allowed to download my videos to be reproduced in full and re-uploaded in full to an approved YouTube account without any editing other than for the purposes of adding accurate translations into foreign languages in subtitle or voiceover's with my own voice still audible in the background, the copyright of these videos will still belong to myself or © YouTube spiritspeakscouk This is so that other's in other counties that do not speak or understand English may be able to watch with subtitle in their language or listen to a voiceover in their language. These videos must be translated as accurately as possible and in full into whatever foreign language it maybe. No videos maybe downloaded and re-uploaded without my permission and none just for English speaking viewers to watch as these viewers are able to watch my video in English on my YouTube TheSheperdMark - Legal action maybe considered against any parties concerned breaking my copyright if considered relevant, especially if profiting from my copyrighted works. My YouTube Videos or other Media may not be embedded on any 3rd party website's or on any other form of media to avoid profiteering including inappropriate use or advertising that might be present on such sites or media, wherever it maybe placed.
To those channels that are granted permission to download and re-upload my videos for foreign language translations, each will be given a permission granted video made by myself with there YouTube channel named in the video by myself.
