Cleansing the Aura and Chakra's

To cleanse the aura, going out into the countryside or visualise it  as it can be very beneficial to places that help you to relax and cleanse your self such as woodlands, hills, seashores or waterfalls, also taking a shower can be cleansing and it is also good to allow yourself to connect with the mother earth at the same time to ground yourself, just allow or visualise spiritual roots growing down into the earth from your feet to make the connection, then allow the earthly energies to rise up them into you spirit filling you, then after a couple of minutes allow all the energies to flow back down the roots taking away any spirit imbalances or disharmonies of mind body or spirit. Or if you prefer you can do a cleansing meditation, imagining yourself standing under a waterfall allowing the pure refreshing waters to flow over you cleansing the aura, or you might see yourself in a lake or in the ocean allowing all the imbalances in your aura to flow away being replaced by refreshing and invigorating energies making you feel whole, this is also good for grounding negative energies into the mother Earth. There are other methods to cleanse the aura such as misting the aura with various cleansing sprays that you can buy in various aura flower essences or essential oil cleansing sprays ready made or add to a fine spray bottle. Also smudging the aura is another method with smudge sticks that you can buy such as white sage, you run these through your aura or burn them in a closed room filling the air with them.

To cleanse the seven main chakra's see them in their normal colours, base or root red, sacral orange, solar plexus yellow, heart green, throat blue, brow indigo and crown violet, see each chakra as a spinning ball of the correct coloured light starting with the base or root chakra which is red and moving up, see if you can see any impurities within them starting with the base root chakra which is red, see if you can visualise it red and see any as dark spots one chakra at a time. See the colour of each chakra in turn and see a bright white light coming down from spirit within you to cleanse away all the impurities, these dark spots become clear and the pure colour of each of the chakra's. See the light entering each chakra one at a time cleansing each chakra then breathe these energies in through your nose and out back out through your mouth taking away any disharmonies and blockages within each chakra. You can also balance the chakra's using crystals and gemstones, but I know very little on this subject. You can then cleanse and balance the aura with this white light, just allow it to fill you and overflow out of the top of your head into your aura, expanding all the way out through your aura, cleansing away any disharmonies and restoring you to spiritual balance.
